- Elastic sealing mortar for interior and exterior use, frost-resistant, highly elastic, fast-drying. Intended for use under tiles and composite coverings, for bodies of water and swimming pools, for balconies and terraces, for bathrooms and showers.
- The 2K SUPER FLEX waterproofing slurry is designed for flexible, bonded waterproofing on common building surfaces, especially in areas heavily exposed to water, such as balconies, terraces, swimming pools, shower rooms, sanitary facilities, basement walls and foundations, as well as water reservoirs before subsequent tiling. The 2K SUPER FLEX waterproofing slurry adheres perfectly and, after curing, forms a flexible and impermeable protective layer.
- It is suitable for use on concrete, lime-cement and gypsum plaster, plasterboard and cement and particleboard, anhydrite and cement screed, aerated concrete, ceramic hollow blocks and bricks, foundation blocks, old tiles, as well as wood-based substrates and heated floors. The product is fiber-reinforced, does not corrode metals, and, once fully cured, is resistant to low temperatures and chlorine.
- It is designed for vertical and horizontal surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. The product perfectly bridges normal substrate cracks and, in combination with sealing tapes, permanently seals corners, expansion joints, and pipe connections. The resulting layer exhibits increased UV resistance. For substrates highly prone to cracking, it is recommended to embed Level+ PP50 reinforcing mesh to increase mechanical strength.
- The substrate must be stable, level, load-bearing, well-seasoned, and free of dust, dirt, lime, oil, grease, wax, residues of oil and emulsion paints, bitumen coatings, efflorescence, and other substances that could impair the adhesion of the product. Unevenness, joints, and cavities must be filled with mineral mortar. The substrate must not be frozen, iced, or subject to standing water.
- Typical substrates should be pre-treated with Level+ 05 or Level+ 03 deep primer. Non-absorbent wood and wood-based substrates, as well as ceramic tiles, should be mechanically cleaned, washed with Level+ 71 sodium hydroxide solution (70% water : 30% sodium hydroxide solution), and then primed with tile primer L+17 before application.
- Pour component A (liquid) into a suitable container after opening the packaging, then gradually add component B (powder). Mix the resulting mixture with a whisk until it has a homogeneous consistency. Let the sealant stand for approximately 5 minutes and stir again. Do not mix with other materials! Only process enough of the mixture at one time so that the working time does not exceed 30 minutes.
