With the Bergensteiner wok, every dish is guaranteed to be a success. Suitable for all cooking and grilling surfaces, whether on the grill, the hob (induction compatible), or over an open fire. Ideal for vegetables, meat, fish and seafood
Your wok is suitable for braising, steaming, deep-frying, blanching, and sautéing. Besides preparing meats like beef, poultry, or pork, the wok is also perfect for cooking seafood or fish. The wok's high sides provide a large cooking surface – ideal for stir-frying. Use a neutral, high-heat vegetable oil such as sunflower or rapeseed oil and start with the ingredient that requires the longest cooking time. The enameled surface makes cleaning quick and easy.

Heat resistant up to:
- 100°C (212°F) = 55 - 68 seconds
- 250°C (482°F) = 21 - 23 seconds
- 350°C (662°F) = 16 - 18 seconds
- 500°C (932°F) = 12 - 15 seconds
- 800°C (1472°F) = 7 - 10 seconds
